The Cottage, which is on the left above, is about 150 years old, sleeps 4 with 2 double bedrooms, one with twin beds. There is a comfortable Sitting Room with a wood burner, a well equipped Kitchen/Breakfast room with a Rayburn (not for cooking) and a utility room with a washing machine. The rooms are well furnished and the cottage is fully double glazed.

Satilite TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, Radio/CD, games, books, walking guides and OS maps are also provided.

No smokers please but up to well behaved 2 dogs are welcome.

The gardens, which face south and are a feature of the cottage, provide fabulous views across the Exe Valley and provides somewhere to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet and wildlife and perhaps a BBQ (provided) and a sundowner drink or two........ Directions From juntion 27 on the M5 take the A361 (north Devon link road) to the roundabout.
